How do I place a cancellation request on www.olavafoundation.org?
• Once the confirmation email is sent and delivered, the donation cannot be cancelled.
• Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
• No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation.
How will I get a refund for the donation I cancelled or returned due to incomplete or improper online payment?
• Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In this process, the banking policies of the said ban
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation by bank/internet payment gateway?
• Back to the source - available for orders made by doing online payment. The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order
• NEFT transfer - available for orders made by paying cash or cheque. As per policy, cash refunds are not possible
How long will it take me to receive the refund after I cancelled/returned the donation?
• It 7-15 days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account from where the payment was made.
I’ve still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
• If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organisations for the same.
• Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will help you.
Can I ask for NEFT refund if I paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking?
• We are sorry. In case you paid via credit card/debit card/netbanking, the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.
